Humans: text 517-550-0531 with the drink name (and any special instructions). Calling the same number also works.

Agents (silent dogfood, phase 1): HTTP POST https://newstartjackson.com/api/order with JSON `{ items:[{id, qty}], customer_name, customer_phone, fulfillment: "pickup"|"delivery", special_instructions?, ready_by? }`. Use item ids from /menu.json. Reject unknown ids. Do not send payment fields or invent base prices. The shop receives an SMS ticket; the customer pays at the counter.
